AT&T

AT&T - New Toronto Group

NTG was asked to provide AT&T with an effective program to train its large group of geographically dispersed instructors and courseware developers on how to most effectively use Adobe Connect and Presenter. Using the Adobe Connect tool itself, NTG delivered highly effective online Connect and Presenter training to 200 AT&T instructors and courseware developers over a 5 month period.

BlackBerry

BlackBerry  - New Toronto Group

NTG is the official Training Delivery Partner for BlackBerry 10 in North America and was selected by BlackBerry to develop core components of the BlackBerry Builders Program. This work included course development, course delivery, webcast development and delivery, web based training, train-the-trainer deliveries, consulting, and development of sample apps. 

NTG also delivered BB10 app dev training to BlackBerry employees, partners, developers and customers around the world.

NTG has also worked with numerous end clients to help develop BB10 apps. Our experience includes both native (Cascades, C++) and HTML5 based (WebWorks) apps.

BMC Software

BMC Software - New Toronto Group

To boost the Flex knowledge of its software developers, BMC asked NTG to deliver 2 highly specialized Flex training sessions. Using Adobe’s Connect, NTG taught a group of BMC Flex developers based in Israel.

In an onsite delivery, NTG delivered fundamental Flex training and a custom advanced Flex course to a group of BMC developers in Austin, Texas.

Department of National Defence

Department of National Defence - New Toronto Group

DND – CFB Oromocto asked NTG to provide up-to-date Flash training for its development staff. Before the class took place, NTG conducted a custom Skills Assessment.  Results of the assessment were used by the NTG instructor to tailor the Flash training to the specific requirements of the DND developers.

Fidelity

Fidelity - New Toronto Group

Over a span of 24 months, NTG delivered Flex and HTML5 app dev Instructor Led Training to over 400 Fidelity application developers across North America.

Hamilton Health Sciences Centre

Hamilton Health Sciences Centre - New Toronto Group

HHSC is an established Adobe technology customer. The NTG Skills Assessment was used to determine the skills gap between current knowledge and required knowledge of HHSC’s ColdFusion and Flash developers.  Based on the outcome of the Skills Assessment, NTG delivered customized training sessions focused on HHSC’s specific training needs.

Natural Resources Canada

Natural Resources Canada - New Toronto Group

NTG worked with Natural Resources Canada, a Federal government ministry, on an ambitious project to port a complex Cobol-based application to the Web. This application allows the Canadian federal government to monitor energy usage within government buildings.

NTG was enlisted to provide Adobe app dev training to NRCAN in order to accelerate the delivery of this high profile project.

Panasonic Canada

Panasonic Canada - New Toronto Group

NTG delivered a special Adobe Connect workshop for Panasonic Canada which included a mix of instructor-led Connect/Presenter training, installation services, and full testing services for security, audio, video, meeting functionality, performance scaling, and availability.

An Adobe Connect backup strategy was also designed and consulting advice was provided on the implementation of SSL security.

Royal Bank of Canada

Royal Bank of Canada - New Toronto Group

NTG delivered 2 custom Adobe Flex app development classes to Royal Bank developers focused on Flex fundamentals and Flex Data & Messaging.

Using Adobe Connect, NTG also delivered online training of Adobe Connect and Presenter to Royal Bank employees in various locations around the world.

In addition, NTG developed and delivered a custom HTML5 application development training course for a team of Royal Bank app developers in Toronto.

NTG was asked by Adobe to provide Flex training to key educational institutions across North America. Working with TechThree, NTG delivered a custom Adobe Flex/AIR training program to the following education organizations over a 6 month period:

TVO is a large user of Adobe web development technology and a frequent purchaser of NTG’s Adobe Authorized Education.

NTG delivered customized onsite training sessions to TVO focussed on ColdFusion (introductory and advanced), Flash ActionScript (introductory and advanced) and Flash Video.

University of Guelph

University of Guelph - New Toronto Group

The University of Guelph was looking for a cost effective means of training 2 large groups of developers on introductory and advanced ColdFusion topics. By using the NTG Skills Assessment offering, The University of Guelph was able to properly identify students requiring additional prerequisite training in order to prepare for the specific classes. As a result, NTG was able to deliver training sessions that were highly beneficial for both new and more experienced users of ColdFusion software.
